Questo corso nasce dall’esperienza significativa e toccante fatta durante la prima ondata dell’emergenza Covid-19 a fianco di corsisti speciali, tutti eravamo chiusi nelle nostre case, ho cercato di fare il mio lavoro meglio che potevo, con quello che avevo.

Durante il corso, della durata modulabile, i partecipanti hanno modo di conoscere gli aspetti emotivi e relazionali sottostanti alla ripresa della “normalità” e sperimentare in prima persona tecniche funzionali alla loro gestione.

In particolare:

  • Elaborare e condividere i vissuti e le esperienze della pandemia
  • Conoscere le dinamiche comportamentali e psicologiche legate alla pandemia
  • Sperimentare tecniche per gestire efficacemente ansia e stress:
    • rilassamento progressivo di Jacobson
    • respirazione diaframmatica
